Is it a bad idea to keep running the autobot on my main account, because I made a secondary account and I can't seem to 'unlock' the web app

I'd recommend that you create a second account and use that instead, I think the majority of other autobot users will also.

Dont use your main account, just keep playing on your second untill it unlocks
