Nope. The rank is recorded on the Black Ops servers and no way to bypass and mod our rank.

Yeah guys I'm trying to figure one out. I guess GPd modding will just get you banned. so now I'm wondering how the rank sticks to your acct. i think it would come from the server but the playercard glitch doesnt make sense if it unreset players rank's. so then i think its in the saved data of your acct.

ideas?
