Bit cheaper than you're looking for, but I'd highly recommend Carlos Tevez! Insane in game, he's got it all! Pace, dribbing, shooting and strength. Best ST I've used on this game by far!

Get Aubameyang and/or Lacazette. Both of them look beast this year.
