So what about GB?
Since our clan is so big, we have divisions. And inside the divisions are teams. I am in the newest division which is fallen empire (FE). In each team is about 70 members with a GB team which we host tryouts for. We also have a TMG Elite Gamebattles team that is the best of the best. We host tryouts for all the players that are on the GB team in there divisions and put together a team with the 6 best players. Yes, we narrowed down 2000 people into 6.

We also have a ranking system, the higher your ranked, the more stuff your able to do. After you change your name your promoted from PVT to SGT. And the more people you recruit and more gamebattles you win, the more you get promoted. Once you get to a high enough rank, you can start teams and even your own divisions.
