If you get 90C Idle, you've done something wrong.

In no way shape or form should you do that if it's been fit together properly.

So i have no idea...

Everything was put together perfectly i sent them back and they came back as faulty so i got my money back and got some more so i can make a better machine

If you can't go over budget, drop the cooler for now and add it later. Or, you could get a 380 instead of the 390, and get an SSD and a nice wee cooler as well.

Can someone pick a MOBO and PSU

not sure about the watts

and if im missing any thing else let me go

not too fused about the budget but lower is better.

i also have another question i have a syringe of E2 IC ESSENTIAL THERMAL COMPOUND Coolermaster. i have used a small bit of it on my old build and i put the lid back on is this ok ? sorry for the noob questions im a rookie

There is virtually no difference, I would take a Xeon over any i5.
