If not where can I download it?

If I do, will it be in the vault to download?

No, you do not need to have EA access to play, its an open beta, just goto the store, goto the demo section and it should be there.

No you don't it's open for everyone via the marketplace on xbox one, the psn store on the ps4 and via origin on your pc.
