I'm currently in a predicament.

The Thursday before last I sent off 180$ for a jtag now i do not have a paypal so i had to use the next best thing Moneypack now as you may know once that money is redeemed no manner in any way can you get it back unless a receipt is given from the vendor well no receipt was given but I did manage to get the seller to give me his number for security reasons

He sent it off Thursday through USPS large flat rate so he tells me and he didn't pay for tracking I'm currently still awaiting my Jtag and the usual ship time on these are 2-3 days..

So do i call the proper authorities and get them involved or wait it out

note*: he lives in Indiana and i live in Georgia, supposedly Indiana is getting snowed in don't know this for sure but that's what Ive heard

advice would be appreciative
