I assume you are planning on OCing?
Main purpose of PC? Any use of the 16gb of RAM?

Yeah I plan on overclocking but as my budget was limited, I was going to keep it all at stock. Then after I get the extra money get a good cpu cooler and then oc. And well I originally planned to get 8gb of ram. But was then advised that 16gb makes lots more sense to get?

Don't bother overclocking your cpu, costs too much for a less than 5% increase in performance.
Get a locked i5 and a b85 board and put all the money in your GPU and get a SSD.
960 isn't that great either.

Could you make a build for me then because this would be my first good computer so I dont have a great understanding for computers. And but everyone says Oc'ing is lots better and allows you to get the full out of the cpu?

No, unless you're doing heavy streaming and editing, 8gb is fine.

You have a pretty low budget to be overclocking

You can overclock this. Bigger PSU, SSD, has a nice cooler as well

I use the 96 and I'm very happy with it. No problems. Run all my games on high. Not 60FPS mind you..But I can't really notice any lag or such.

Its not that it is bad, but overpriced. There are cheaper GPUs that perform better such as the 380.

Thank-you for the builds. And I prefer Intel over AMD and I was only planning to Oc in the future. Because I want this computer to last rather then having to buy new parts in about a year. And be able to continue playing the new games.
