I KNOW THIS IS OLD BUT ITS A GOOD METHOD
(WORKS BEST WITH CENTER)
So my method for gaining VC is to Sim Games.

I have a Center thats getting payed around 240 a game (VC).

He is starting andd getting 30mins a game. I get around 1.2kVC every game off of him.

Here is how I set everything up:
-12 minute quarters, Hall of Fame
-Get you a Big Man who can just get rebounds that which gets you more VC, Make him 7'3 also so he can be very tall and have thee max wingspan.
-Get through the Highschool and College or the Entire Living the Dream Storyline.

How to not F*ck up your Connections:
- what I do is turn my connections off, they help you a lot. You need these for attribute upgrades.
-Everytime you get ready to sim games do that^^^

Now I get a lot of VC from this, I have a 87 overall SG that I just made, He is already in his 5th season...... He gets around 385 VC per game and 37mins per game with the Cavs.

TUTORIAL: Go into Mycareer game, Once the ball is tipped pause the game and click sim to end. Once you load back to your mycourt you VC shall be went up
