Go to the gym 5 or 6 days a week, 1 or 2 days rest, also have a healthy diet.

I usually skate to work like skateboard so theres that. I do workout sometimes but you wont catch me at the gym snorting protein powder working out for 5 hours a day 9 days a week.

I just eat healthy and let me body do its thing

I go work out every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday at a local gym. I have also been trying to fix my diet

5 days a week at the gym, diet is crap, I eat what I want. You have to mix it up a little, sports will work out muscles you didn't even know you had. Today I put on a 25lb backpack and walked 5.5 miles during lunch. I do 10 push ups and sit ups every hour.

Things like fitbit are for people who are "thinking" about going to the gym or people who are marathon runners.

Machines at the gym will tell you everything you want to know. If you do free weights, then you have no use for the piece of electronic, check your pulse with your fingers.

i play american football high school football not the soccer but football.
i run a mile every 3 days

I play Rugby for a team so I do exercise. I will start going Gym next year around March.

I like to exercise as much as I can. I try to go to the gym at least 2 times Monday-Friday, and then at somepoint during Saturday. I play sports aswell, so I get some physical activity from sports to.

I don't at all the only thing which I do that does keep me fit is skating I guess which I do for 3 hours or more a day

I have a gym less than an 1/8 mile from me and i use it a few times a week, although i am a busy college student.
