i had a website made for me and when i try to upload it i get a white screen and thats it however the error log is big it is 26mb and the developer says its all programmed fine which i find hard to believe so any help is really , really appreciated

This doesn't really help us know what's wrong with the website.
All you've said is it goes white and an error file is produced...
Give us some more information on it and we may be able to help you.
