I have been speaking to ea live chat for about 3 days in a row now

I bought 12,000 fifa points and the points were not credited to my account

Ive spoke to live chat many times and was assured on 3 occasions that the points would be put onto my account

5 minutes ago i was told they would not be put onto my account

I am fuming as it is from my wage and one of the first things i bought

What would you guys do

Contact Xbox for a refund or keep hassling a ea support person and one of them will give you the 12000 fifa points

Did they ask you for proof of purchase? You should give them proof there's a chance they will add those points to your account

Yeah I provided several proof of purchases and they said that i dont meet the requirements, its a joke
