From what I have heard the websites that sell those accounts use stolen credit cards to buy those FIFA Points so no matter how cheap they sell those accounts they are still making profit.

they are accounts that used stolen credit cards to buy the points so that's why they sell it for so cheap and plus you need to use the points ASAP because the account could get banned
