1) Download iOS 9 on your PC [download link in "links" section]
2) Backup your iDevice and restore to iOS 9 [do this by holding shift and clicking "restore"]
3) Continue to Jailbreak Tutorial!

I Recommend Following The Steps In The "Tips" Section Before Starting
Step 1:
1) Download PanGu 9 [download link in "links" section]
2) Plug in Your iDevice
3) Save to Desktop, then Right Click and Run as Administrator!
4) Get Your Device Ready:
Make Sure You Backup
5) On Your Computer, Click "Start" in the PanGu application
2) Plug in Your iDevice
3) Save to Desktop, then Right Click and Run as Administrator!
4) Get Your Device Ready:
a. Turn on Airplane Mode
b. Disable Passcode
c. Disable Find my iPhone Make Sure You Backup
5) On Your Computer, Click "Start" in the PanGu application
Step 2:
1) When the Jailbreak is 65% Complete, Unlock your iDevice and Enable AirPlane Mode
2) Soon After, it will ask you to run the Pangu App
3) Following the Instructions in-app, tap "Allow"
4) A Pop-up will appear, tap "Ok"
WARNING: Keep the Pangu App open and connected

Step 3:
1) After Jailbreaking, open Cydia and wait for it to prepare the file-system
