I just got a computer from a friend and any game I try to play is really laggy. It has a Radeon HD 7990 6GB GPU, Intel i7 4790k CPU, and 16 GB of RAM. I just wiped the hard drives and SSDs, updated the drivers, and cleaned out the fans. It was playing games maxed out. Any ideas?
