I could be wrong but I think that ones patched. But IDK haven't done it the last dupe one I did was where you fell under the map and land in the garage.

Also if someone wanted to get the Modded Panto and Ratloader all they have to do is go to customs and go to truck bed and scroll up the truck beds really fast and it disappears and you apply stock bed. For the panto you have to buy the carbon or stickerbomb number and scroll up and down really fast and buy the stock now once you see its invisable. But for the Buffalo idk what is modded on it so I can't help you there but I know you can do this with other cars such as the hot knife if you buy it on the store it will spawn gliched out like the rat loader use too. But any ways good luck with duplicating
