What's the best thing to start with online like them journeys and stuff I played madden 15 few months back and loved like the offline mode on MUT was so rewarding!

Also should I buy a few packs at the start so that I get a decent team if so how much should I spend?

Just start with the Journey solos then either do the Gauntlet or Style solos after that.
