I currently own a i5 4440 and i am planning on upgrading to a R9 390. My question is will the i5 4440 bottleneck the 390 at all ?

All replies are appreciated.

Generally no maybe a little bit in the CPU intensive games but it wouldn't make a noticeable difference.

From personal experience my i5 3450 (which is pretty much identical to the 4440) limits my 970 a tiny bit when playing GTA V at max settings, it shouldn't be much of a difference tbh.
