Basically, The designer will get the background image and put a black over it to make it darker then put the background image over the logo and clipping mask tool it. Then using brightness, They will increase it so it looks like the image is going through the logo. Its like this:

I'm sorry i haven't made my self clear. i wanna know how to make the image he/she has overlayed.

Its the "photo" i wanna know how to makePretty sure he didn't make the background.
