im getting a ps4 and really want to start streaming what upload speed and download speed do you have and does it lag?

You shouldn't have lag. 5Mbps upload and higher is good, lower than that depends.

I used to stream and my upload is 4Mbps.

Agreed. 5Mbps or higher, I'm good with 100Mbps upload ;)

PS4 is perfect for streaming high quality videos to twice, youtube and Ustream. Here is an example of a my live streams which is up on my youtube channel

I stream perfectly fine with 9mb upload

And I have been very successful from it! haha.
