Isn't Halloween supposed to be scary? A creepy terrifying scary day? And yet you see people dressed as Spiderman or as a cop or other non-Halloween costumes? Do you think Halloween lost it's meaning or am I mistaken?

If I'm not mistaken it's a day to honor all those who have passed away and are now in heaven..
I don't think it has lost its meaning at all.

so I checked the meaning, Halloween comes from Allhallowtide and its to celebrat the "time to remember the dead, including martyrs, saints, and all faithful departed Christians." So I guess you were right

Lol, it hasn't even felt like Halloween, I've just been out my grandad's farm for the day taking down a shed. Also no kids have been knocking on my door for sweets and chocolate!

One bunch of trick or treaters knocked on my door the whole night, the street was completely empty.
