I bought Grand Theft Auto from GK4 it was working fine, but now when I try to install it it doesn't finish the installation and says that I have to buy it from the store? Could anybody help as its really annoying me

Delete the game from your storage you may have a corrupt download. If not contact Xbox support.

Might sound stupid but I don't know how to delete it from storage? I did on 360 but the one is weird with the settings!

I believe locate where your games and app are, then press the home button and you should have the choice to uninstall it. If not there then go to recent downloads and try to download again from there. Try many times if not the first. Hope I helped!

I don't suppose you have an Xbox live trial, do you?

Contact Xbox support. They should help fix the problem.
There's one in Halo 5 or COD Ghosts, BTW

I have enough weekly trials to last me a year lol (an exploit I used when a website was giving out free weekly trials).

As long as you redeemed a code to your account its link to it. You should be able to contact Microsoft to work on a resolution.
