Links aren't allowed and I don't encourage pirating but you can download songs off of any torrent sites and then transfer them to your phone just through your files.

EDIT : and you can use them as your ringtone

Thanks for another suggestion, but I found Zedge to be more convenient.

Zedge is good for downloading ringtones but with a Ringtone maker app, you can cut songs from your music library and use them as your ringtone/notifications tone.
