It's like a Russian website or something were you can buy games for XB1/PS4 and they are cheap because you buy the profile with the games on them. Anyone know the site?

There is G2a. But remember, games are now region locked. A recently passed policy for that. So you cannot buy games from other countries. US can buy from UK but not from RU, China, Etc. That's Steam, anyways. I used to get all my games from G2a on the RU side because new games would be roughly $40 cheaper.
