Here is what you do, you shoot four consecutive enemies and get a quad kill. Tada!

I'd say ground war since there are more players in the lobby.
Nuketown isn't a bad choice either. If you play safegaurd the spawns don't flip.

Another method is playing Hardcore, but play TDM / FFA. A lot faster kill time, in fact most of the AR's are one-shot-kills.
