I had fallout 4 installed and it restarted my xbox as 12 and now when i try to launch the game it says I have to install it, and when i hit install it says queued with no title of the game.

Try a hard reset always fixes everything for me

Press and hold the Xbox Logo on your console for about 5-8 seconds until the console shuts off
