Or you know, they could make it to when you switch over to xb1 it resets your stats.

They're not making the Call of Duty's backwards compatible because the users on the One can play with the users on the Xbox 360.
All JTAG/RGH consoles are 360, so someone on the one can join a modded lobby, get God Mode classes, then easily wreck everyone who plays it for the One.
If anything, they will be remastered but I don't see anything happening in that aspect.
Plus, people would be able to transfer their modded accounts over, so.
