Apparently with this new Win10 update tomorrow, PC game servers will be cross platformed with the Xbone.
"Now, while Xbox is coming to Windows, Windows 10 is also coming to Xbox One. As you know, Xbox One runs on Windows today for its app environment. Later this year well update to Windows 10 to enable seamless interaction with PC gamers and to give developers who want to extend their applications to the television an easy path to do so." -Will Tuttle, Xbox Wire Editor In Chief
So what this could mean is PC modders could host for people that play on Xbone. Perhaps all PC modding like rare vehicles and Yankton plates will be available.
Xbox staff also confirmed that cross platform will happen on this new update.
