Try it on a diffrent tv with a diffrent output.

The only thing i can suggest is phone microsoft they'll fix it (if its under warranty)

Take out your hard drive. Unplug all power cords. Plug cords back in and than hard drive. Turn on console. If it didn't work try turning on the console without the harddrive. If not please call Micrsoft

Well we're not miracle workers but if i had to guess i'de say your actual xbox is broke if you've tried to different power bricks. call MS support and ask them, they did make the console after all.
