I don't know if it is Multiplayer aswell but on zombies I've seen a lot
Of people getting these guns from the mystery box with a glowing green camo?

I think you're referring to the Weaponized 115 Camo that was released as a deluxe edition bonus. And the reason you see it like that in their box is because they probably have customized their weapons in the main menu and when they show up in their box, they have the camo. I could be wrong.
