How mad would you be if their whole username was just hyphens, or a username that used hyphens after every letter. i personally don't mind it because if somebody is trying to get an OG username but the person is banned or in-active so they have to add some kind of special character to get it to work.

There is no correlation between the starving kids in Africa and someone's feelings about a hyphen.
