I have to agree with you on this one. there is no need to spam saying well done just to get there post count up.
i very rarely post in that section when i have a achievement or milestone as the replys dont mean anything.

I agree, doing that can be a bit annoying.

But what a dick move to call someone out like that.

Don't think it counts as calling him out when it's there clearly to see on the forums by everyone. Click on the milestones forum, you pretty much can;t miss all the red on the right.

If he don't want people to bring it up he shouldn't do it. That's my justification. If he can't be asked to take time to post and not spam then I can't be asked to censor names.

First of all I apologise if it has offended you. If you looked, the comments I left weren't identical nor spam material they're all personal towards the peoples milestones/achievements which I thought a congrats was justiciable for each one I chose;

Now for the forum games, well everyone has had a bash through the forum games to kick off some dying games for fun in which case.

I leave reasonable comments and leave a good vibe on community, without people doing that then the community would be dead/decaying. I am a good person and my posts come from good thoughts, it's not about spam for my post count it's about how the sites going. Speed up the community!

Not to mention that, I have been here almost 2 years with not even 2k posts that's pretty good don't ya think? I am not taking this to heart, it's not upset me just wish you didn't push it out there like I was the first person to do it.

he was just a example. many people do this just to get there post count up and a post count on a tech website does not mean anything.

The only thing that really bothers me about people who post a ton is that a lot of their posts are useless. Sometimes I even see posts that have nothing to do with the thread at all. Just a random post made to increase a number. If you post a lot and it isn't just spam then I don't see anything wrong with that.

I don't see how it is spamming, some people go onto a forum and post something on the topics they see.

There is a clear difference between what he was doing, and spamming.
