You can have a detailed read of why this happens [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] but basically what that is is windows being like "welp, you haven't opened this app in a while so ima throw it in RAM for later"
You should look at upgrading your RAM, it seems you dont have much.

Thanks man. I went to that website, downloaded the program, and deleted all the non-sense files I had and now everything's running smoothly
