I need help with building a pc.
My budget is $450.
If anyone has options about what hard drive, video card etc.
please let me know.

Do you need a monitor, KB, or mouse?
Will you be overclocking?
What are you using this PC for?

I will mostly be using my pc for gaming.
And it probably won't be overclocked

If you can handle $3 over, 950 will do pretty well at 1080p, add an SSD ASAP

cheaper, nice aftermarket cooler, SSD
