I am trying to install GTA V on my RGH and I did everything that Sharky's Customs did in his video

but when I load the game it says loading story mode and then after bout 2 seconds the circle beside "Loading Story Mode" just freezes and stops spinning but I can still here the music (I don't know if this matters)
But if anyone has a solution to my problem it will be greatly appreciated

Install the install disc like you normally would on a retail console and then install the play disc using free style dash that's what i did

Did you put in the title update?
yes I put it in the created folder 000B0000

When I try to load it up it just boots me back to the Dashboard
Delete whatever GTA you have already installed
Then load up the install disc then install that normally
Once that's done install the play disc through freestyle dash

make sure you have your title update if you do then just re-rip the game to your console.
