He didn't realize the mobo didn't have built in wifi.
That has nothing to do with why he got an unlocked CPU.
From my understanding it seemed like he wanted to overclock but then realized his current mobo didn't have built in wifi.
OP - I would change some things on your build, such as the overpriced case (because of Razer branding) , overpriced peripherals. There are much better options for better prices

A better build. Includes Skylake i7 and a mobo with built in wifi. Also better case and peripherals. The CPU cooler isn't needed but will help keep temps low.
Get your OS from G2A or the free way and upgrade to Windows 10 (It will become a legal copy)

"because I wanted that CPU" isn't a valid excuse to waste money on a rig. If you're not overclocking, don't get an unlocked CPU.
$300 is a ridiculous price to pay for a motherboard, especially if you're pairing it with a 6700, a locked chip.
Just use powerline adapters for a wired connection. Otherwise, buy a wi-fi card for your rig. That rig is pretty poor though. $90 wasted on OS, when you can get it for $30. $30+ wasted for Razer logo on case. Loads of money wasted on a poor keyboard, which probably uses Kailh switches. Plus, black/white/red/green is a pretty weird colour combo for your rig, would look fairly ugly IMO.

$300 is a ridiculous price to pay for a motherboard, especially if you're pairing it with a 700, a locked chip.

Definitely agree but if that is what he wanting not much we can do other than tell him the other options.

1995 wrote [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]Nah lmao. I'm perfectly good with my build. Everyone trashes on the razer case, but even if it didn't have the razer logo I would still like it. They don't make an h440 thats black with a tinted window. Plus it has leds that i can turn on and off at night. That mouse is ugly af imo. I'm not paying for ssd just to have my load time reduced by 10 seconds. That case is a full which is too big, and ugly especially with disc drive panels on the front. I'm not getting a fan cooler for my processor, and I'm good with my processor. I'm just looking for a wifi capable mobo bro. Thanks for the suggestions though.

Theres a tiny razer logo thats green and you can turn the leds off. Plus I'm not going to be staring at my pc I don't really care. I like my build if you don't idc.

We are just trying to save you money. There are no options unless you want to pay $300 plus. Just get a wireless adapter.

Newer CPU, locked so no OC but you said you didn't care anyway. Left money for an OS and powerline adapters/wi-fi card. The Enthoo Pro is marginally bigger than the H440, the H440 itself is a pretty big case. The H440 Razer edition is a waste of money, and I wouldn't pay the premium just for the window. You can get nicer cases with tinted windows like the Razer H440, I'd suggest that. InWin should have a few options. Mouse is of course, down to opinion, but Razer mice are for sure, over-priced. I've included a kb+mouse that you should look in to, if you don't like 'em, I can suggest some more. If you get a Razer mouse, it'll be fine, but please don't waste $170 for a Kailh keyboard. $170 should be getting you Cherry MX switches. Not having an SSD in your rig is pretty much blasphemy, they're useful for loads more than just speeding up boot times.
