Basically for Christmas I'm getting an Elgato HD PVR to record gameplay for black ops 3, I need a computer though as mine has just broke. I will be doing a decent amount of editing on it, I have quite a tight budget of around £200 ($300 US dollars)if you could recommend me a computer that's prebuilt I would be very thankful, I wasn't sure what forum this would go into so sorry if it's not in the right one.

£200 for a editing and recording PC is very low.

Your render time will not be anything efficient and your quality may be reduced.

I can tell you now that if you buy a capture card and then budget out on a shitty pc then you will not be able to encode your recordings at 1080p/60fps. Plus rendering will take hours upon hours. If you have an Xbox you can use the prebuilt DVR but only up to 5 minutes worth of footage.
