Welp... EA are like Microsoft Support at getting back to people on things + They don't like giving things away for free so i will be surprised if they give you coins.

That is very unlucky.. although I am sure if you get on their backs about how it was the games fault, they would HAVE TO "refund" your coins. Well in my eyes anyways, because if not.. that is just poor support from them.

I've been playing fifa ultimate team since the start and the relist function has always been the same it never reset the prices before so why now. That was my argument and they know I'm not going to stop so i think i stand good chances this time round

I don't think they'll refund you tbh. It's partly your fault for not looking at the screen. In their eyes you've received 84k for him. Good luck anyway.

They won't refund you, if you're looking for that. I did almost the same on FIFA 14 with RB Klose. I bid 1m on a normal card, instead of the RB one and complained to EA as I used their app and they pretty much told me where to go.
