Hi, since I have a PS4 now I am interested in buying a fifa points account and I do understand the risks of me buying one.
I was wondering do I need a fifa 15 account in order to buy a fifa points account for fifa 16?
I am asking this because apparently you need to transfer fifa points from your fifa 15 account which I don't have?
