so i'm looking for how to move the user and program files from my ssd to my hdd but i don't know how, any help is appreciated im running windows 10

Not a good idea. It's normally a good idea to keep the files on your main drive to stop errors. The only way around that being to uninstall the old application and reinstalling it pointing the install location to the HDD.

The easiest and safest way to accomplish your goal is to back everything up onto a external drive or something, and then wipe the drive and install it into the desired drive upon reinstall.

Instead of that you could also perform a Clone of the drive and move everything over.

Use Virtual Clone Drive or Acronis.
