My iPod will only play music through the left headphone. It's not my headphones because, i'm listening to music now on my laptop and it plays on both sides.

Have you dropped it in water or dropped it on the ground at all?

Haven't dropped it in water yet, but I've dropped it hundreds of times.

Your setting can be messed up or the song that you are listening to is messed up, go to settings and go to the impairments section and check that it is playing though both,

i think it is just the song

That may be the problem. If it's bothering you a lot, I would take it to an Apple store and let them have a look at it.

Go on general settings, then accessibility and check if you have the little thing you drag further to the left than the right

It could be the fact that you've dropped it so much, it could just be the song, or it could be that you have mono audio on in accessibility settings.
