You definitely formatted it on your Xbox 360.
To get it working again do this (This will empty it completely)
Plug the Usb into your computer,
Open "My Computer",
The Usb should be full and have red on the usage,
Right click the Usb and click "Format",
Agree with everything thats there and click "Start".
Now your Usb should be ready for P.C. use.
Hope this clears things up and helps.
Edit : Nevermind
Mate if you've got 15gb's and you need over 300..it obviously won't fit onto it.

Format it using FAT32
