READ INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO GET XP TO STICK
1st: Reach Lvl 80 or whatever rank
2nd: Get the HOST to leave and once he leaves there's gonna be a host migration
3rd: Once the Host Migration happends you want the HOST to eject his disc tray so that he goes to the dashboard
4th: Once he dashboards you then wanna get the 2nd player to dashboard right after him
5th: Now you can just go back to MW3 and your rank should stick

So yea that's about it, also when doing step 3 & 4 you wanna do it fast cause if you do it slow it won't stick.
