Depending on what you get up to on your PC or how much you just enjoy your privacy, you should look up on disabling all the lovely things 10 does to check up on you.
i think 10's got to a point where its stable and has no major issues, i've had a few and reverted to 7 but everyone else seems to have a nice time with 10.
Basically, its worth upgrading, just ensure you still have your privacy, unless you like being logged and watch
