1. Get the Elevate your Senses achievement.

2. Then shoot the teddy bear in the building with the knife.

3. Then shoot the bear with the Jug Bottle.

4. Then shoot the moon at one of the dots. Or get a teddy bear from the box.

This will get you the Type 99. If upgraded it might be the best gun of all. I mean why else would they hide it. Well i hope this helps. I also gathered some info from other topics so if i took your idea. (The get the teddy in the box one.) Then sorry. I would like to give credit but i have no idea what ur name is. So if you are that person post below saying so and a link to ur post so i know its you.
