i would of just used the web app and opened the packs then transfer the coins through web app

It's indirect fraud. Everyone who buys these accounts are aware of what they're doing, it's just not them who has used the stolen card directly, it still makes them an accessory to a crime.

EA and Microsoft are currently working very hard on cracking down on people using these types of websites, so expect more and more bans.

None of the websites state, or indirectly state that the accounts are bought subject to fraudulent activity. With this in mind, consumers are safe when buying these accounts as they are unaware of how they are obtained.
'Accessory to a crime', incorrect. by buying an account you are unaware of how the points are bought and therefore take no part in the fraudulent activity.
You do of course run the risk of a possible console/account ban.

not everyone is aware, most people just go on some big youtubers video and buy stuff from their sponsor
