I am proud to say that I never had to ask for rep/thanks by doing pointless giveaways and adding a reminder at the bottom of my post. Rep and Thanks are completely meaningless now with all of the shitty "REP AND THANKS ARE APPRECIATEDbut not required" at the bottom of every post.

But yeah i agree, people who get the badge now mainly get it from doing giveaways, now i don't have anything against that, but it just makes the badge seen bought.

I agree with you but if someone gives something away I typically thank it.

I rep occasionally when I think people deserve it, which most people do who give things away or have useful posts!

I love recieving rep but people hardly give it.
Rep does not mean a lot anymore.

1k is still pretty hard to get, but if you give things over and over again people will see that an start giving you thanks along with useful posts.

I dont feel right asking for it i mean like i have my graphics shop and i have never asked for anything in return... yeah it would be nice since im doing it for free but i dont want to beg for it and i like giving out to the community the best i can

Its really not , you always have to earn stuff on this
