Nope. Sorry man. Just wait a week or two. The jailbreak might be out by then. People say it should be released sometime this December. I can't wait for it myself for modded kik and stuff like that. Patience is key in this situation.

Why should he have gotten an android? iPhone's are just as equivalent with customization. They were just not made to be modified like this, so they patch it. Doesn't mean you can't do anything that involves third party tweaks.

Apks are pretty much the same thing as in app purchases except that it's already done when you get the apk.
