So my xbox one won't connect to live. I have a wired connection. When I go to the Network page on my xbox, it says I am wired, NAT Type is Open, and then it says service info is unavailable. Then the NAT type will randomly switch to getting info and it will say all services available. It then quickly reverts to how it was before. But when I test the network connection, its says it's all good even though it's not.

This issue won't let me connect to live. I have tried doing a hard reset but that didn't work. I unplugged my xbox one and router but that was only a temporary fix that lasted for a day. I have tried everything except for resetting it factory defaults.

Does anyone know of a fix that I could do? Thanks to anyone that can help.
