I have everything I need for my pc, except windows 10. What's the cheapest way I can get it? Thanks.
EDIT: I had windows 7 and upgraded to 10 with their free upgrade. Can I use my windows 7 key on my NEW computer, and then do the upgrade from there?

I do not think there is a way of getting a "cheap way"
If you have a old laptop or Pc with windows on it you can move it to your new one.

If you have Windows 7 or 8.1, you already are eligible for a free upgrade.
Go to Windows Update, if you don't see the option for the upgrade, Check for updates>install updates> then you should be able to reserve your copy.

I don't see why that wouldn't work. As long as your PC is running a legal copy of windows 7/8.1 you can get 10
